Company: Global Performance Strategies (GPS). GPS is a performance improvement consulting firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida. These positions would be home office based and commission driven.

Location: - Dallas, Tampa, NYC, Washington, DC and Atlanta

Preferred Experience

¨       Experience selling to senior level management.

¨       Demonstrated success in sales from $10,000 to $100,000 +.

¨       3 - 5 years of success in a business-to-business sales position selling intangibles.

¨       Ability to manage through an extended sales cycle (3 to 6 months).

¨       Account analysis skills.

¨       Presentation and facilitation skills.

¨       Experience selling learning solutions.

¨       Experience selling to human resource departments.

¨       Experience in managing client interactions through a sales contact management system.

Technical Skills

Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required

Experience with ACT preferred

Education Requirements

Bachelor degree required. Masters preferred.

• Experience consulting with senior level management including, but not limited to, HR and HRD professionals.
• Demonstrated success in developing client specific learning programs. ¨ 3 - 5 years of success in course development for adult learners.
• Experience in managing client interactions.
• Instructional design experience 2 - 3 years 
• Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred.
